Kitchen Window Flowers Fused Glass Plate
My amazing studio mate and spouse, Leigh, designed this plate using inspiration from the 1950s~60s flowers that were popular on aprons and wallpaper. Cheery and fun, this plate is sure to brighten your table.
The plate was made by slowly fusing three layers of glass nearly 1,500 degrees into one layer. Once fused, the pieces were then fired a second time into a slumping molds to form the bowls.
While likely safe to eat from, I would suggest using for decorative use. Hand wash only. Not recommended to use in the microwave or oven.
