Return & Exchange Policies
General Return Policy
I am happy to accept returns on non-custom pieces within 7 days of receiving your item.
Since all pieces are originally shipped for free, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the piece was damanged during the original shipping. If this is the case, please send me photos of the damage within 24 hours of reciept (see Contact).
Refunds will be issued back to the buyer's purchase method.
Freebies I may include with your piece(s) are not returnable or exchangeable.
Custom Order Returns or Exchanges
All custom orders are final. If the piece is damanged upon receipt, please email me a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receipt (see Contact) and we'll work out the details (repairing the piece, crediting your account, partially or fully refund, etc.).
Exchanges
The pieces I create are one-of-a-kind therefore, I do not do exchanges.
