Polar Dog with Bauble Scarf, Fused Glass Woodland Votive with Tea Light

Winter means scarves and snow and candles, oh my! My latest luminary, the Polar Dog has a charming bauble scarf and attached clear glass votive that glows with the included battery operated tea light.

As the story goes, I thought I was creating a polar bear but upon opening the kiln, a dog/bear peaked back at me so, the delightful Polar Dog was born.

The Polar Dog was hand cut from gray and white fusing glass and adorned with several handcrafted fused glass baubles and then fired in my kiln to around 1,425 degrees. Once annealed, the piece was then attached to the glass votive candle holder. Tea light is included.

Materials: Fusing glass, glass votive, battery operated tea light candle.

Measurements: Polar Dog is approximately 4 x 5 inches and votive is 2.5 x 2.5 inches

Each piece will be wrapped in colorful tissue paper, packaged in environmentally-friendly, plastic-free cushion wrap, and shipped in recycled shipping materials.
